Vitamins to take for healthy hair


Vitamin A has antioxidant which helps in the production of sebum in the scalp. Foods that contain vitamin A :meat, milk, spinach, broccoli, carrots, peaches, and apricots. Please not that more than 25,000 IU per day is toxic and could cause serious health problems!!!

Vitamin C also has antioxidant that helps promote hair health. Foods that contain vitamin C: Citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapple, tomatoes, green peppers, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapple, and dark green vegetables. Do not exceed 60 mg.

Vitamin E has antioxidant that enhances scalp circulation. Food that contain vitamin E: soybeans, raw seeds,dried beans, nuts, and leafy green vegetables. Do not exceed Up to 400 IU.

Please check with your doctor before adding any vitamin as there may be an adverse affect if taking medications or if you take too much of a certain supplement
